Mediator probes PCR and LAMP

Mediator probe technology enables sensitive verification of nucleic acids in single-plex and multiplex formats. The use of label-free DNA probes (mediator probes) together with fluorogenic universal reporter molecules (universal reporters) renders this approach very selective and at the same time cost-efficient.
