As electronic systems become increasingly networked in the Internet of Things and as more critical functions are being performed, like in conjunction with autonomous vehicles, robots and control systems, the security of these systems is steadily becoming more important. As we understand it, this includes data security as well as functional safety. Hahn-Schickard has many years of experience in securing embedded systems, in data communication for the Internet of Things, and in managing such secure systems.
