With our pilot line, in our own clean room we model the entire value chain of a medium-size series production of test carriers for in-vitro diagnostics in medium-size batches up to 100,000 pieces/year
Thanks to the flexible design of our production lines, Hahn-Schickard can address specific issues and manufacture medical technology products cost-effectively by applying a wide spectrum of technology. These technologies cover microthermoforming of plastic cartridges, the modification of plastic surfaces, the storage of liquid reagents, the introduction of detection reagents, and finally, the fluid-tight sealing of cartridges and their end packaging. Efficient quality controls ensure a high degree of quality and guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements via in-vitro diagnostics (EU) regulations.
