Within the scope of the project, a computer vision system for online measurement of the dosed volume in the form of a liquid jet is being developed. Das Ziel dieses Forschungsvorhabens besteht in der Entwicklung eines multifunktionalen Sensorsystems, direkt abgeschieden auf Umformwerkzeugoberflächen zur Echtzeitanalyse von Prozessgrößen während des Pressvorgangs in der Kaltmassivumformung (MuWeKa). Dabei wird die Kraft, Temperatur und der Verschleiß des Werkzeugs erfasst. Diese Informationen werden über USB oder per BLE zur Verfügung gestellt.
