Prozesskalibriermodul für die nachhaltige und sichere Getränkeabfüllung (GeProKal)
The aim of the project is to develop a spectroscopic process analysis system for high-throughput processes in the beverage industry. To this end, a highly innovative process calibration module is being developed for the leap into the international market, with which it is possible to calibrate beverages directly on site at the bottler.
Currently, a calibration must be worked out in the laboratory at Dausch Technologies for each beverage before it is put into operation. This limits international market access. In this project, a highly innovative process calibration module is being developed for the leap into the international market. This will make it possible to calibrate beverages directly on site at the bottler. New multivariate methods will enable bottlers to easily integrate new beverages into their portfolio. The project addresses both suppliers to the beverage industry and beverage bottlers. The aim is to make sustainable use of raw materials, energy and time in beverage filling, while minimizing food risks during filling with digitized, continuous process analysis.
