MEMS-based electronics system for industry 4.0 - Condition, system and process monitoring by intelligent, autonomous multi-sensor systems (AMELI 4.0)

The project addresses the development and implementation of highly integrated, networked, energy-efficient MEMS multisensor systems with intelligent real-time data processing at the sensor level with high data and system security.

The project addresses the development and implementation of highly integrated, networked, energy-efficient MEMS multisensor systems with intelligent real-time data processing at the sensor level with high data and system security. The partners in the network see the acquisition of acoustic sound and solid-borne sound in combination with the energy-efficient signal preprocessing at the sensor level (smart data instead of big data) with high system robustness and a modular hardware and platform design as the key technologies of networked energy-efficient industrial sensors. The focus of the consortium is on the development of the electronic-based sensor system of the future for applications in the area of networked production (early detection of tool and machine damage and optimization of maintenance intervals and production processes).
