In her review article "Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) - review and classification of methods for sequence-specific detection" Lisa Becherer and co-authors give an overview of different sequence-specific methods for the detection of isothermal DNA amplification, systematically summarize the different methods and critically evaluate the individual methods in comparison.
